I usually dread getting out of bed because that first step hurts the most. I started wearing this at night and within a few days my heel wasn’t nearly as angry in the morning. It’s not magic, but it’s definitely helped.

I’ve tried stretching, icing, different shoes... all of it. This is the first thing that actually fits into my routine because I just put it on before bed and that’s it. My heel pain has been a lot more manageable.

That sharp pain when I’d step down first thing was the main reason I bought this. After using it consistently, mornings have been a lot easier. I still stretch too, but this has helped the most overnight.
